~Notes about our shop~
*There have been a lot of cases of incomplete addresses when placing orders. Please check your address before placing your order.
① Regarding the period from order to delivery
Please refer to the " Shipping " page.
Although we take great care when listing our products, they may be out of stock.
In that case, we will contact you by email.
② If you don't receive an order completion email or a shipping email
Please check first as there may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder.
In addition, we do not recommend using a mobile phone carrier email address as there are many cases where emails cannot be received. If possible, we recommend that you register a PC email address.
If you are using a mobile phone carrier address, please set up your email to receive emails from info@magnolia-mate.com. Once you have done so, please contact us and we will resend the email.
③About order cancellation
We do not accept cancellations or refunds after an order has been completed. Please make sure to check carefully before placing your order.
④ Regarding absence or incomplete address
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, other than by dropping it in your mailbox, the courier will notify you by sending a notification of absence. Please use the notification of absence to request redelivery yourself. Please note that we cannot accept redelivery or full refunds after the storage period has expired.
If the shipping address is incorrect, the item will be returned because the address is unknown. In that case, we cannot re-ship the item or refund the full amount. There are many cases where the address is not filled in properly, so please check the address when purchasing.
In the case of returns to overseas warehouses, the products are automatically disposed of, and since it is cumbersome to inspect products in stock in Japan and manage their arrival after the return, we will not contact you even if the product is returned due to absence or non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Please check the tracking history of the shipping notification email yourself, and contact us if you have any questions.

If you have any questions before purchasing or before receiving the product, please feel free to contact us! Please refer to this page . We will reply within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, it may be that the email was not sent correctly or that your email settings do not allow you to receive emails from us. Please try contacting us again from a different email address just to be on the safe side.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds after an order has been placed. Please make sure to check carefully before placing your order.
We will only accept exchanges for unused products if they are obviously defective and cannot be used normally or if the product was delivered incorrectly, so please contact us via the email address below within 5 days of receiving the product and provide the details ①~③. If we are unable to exchange the product (if we do not have a replacement product in stock), we will provide a refund.
We do not accept size exchanges, etc. Please be careful when ordering.

We cannot accept returns if the product is not clearly defective, cannot be used normally, or has been used even once.
*If you return the product to our shop without contacting us by email or our official LINE, we will not be able to accept it. Please be sure to contact our shop and do not return the product by any method other than the one specified by our staff.
Please note that if you send your package by a method other than that instructed by our shop staff, we will not be able to accept your package and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
About products and packaging (please be sure to check)
In order to keep prices of trendy overseas products as low as possible, please be aware of the following points. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
- Although we have tried to display the colors as close as possible to the actual product, please note that the actual colors may differ from those in the photo.
・Please note that there may be slight differences in the product due to minor changes made by the manufacturer without prior notice.
-Since this is an overseas product, the fabric material may differ from the photo.
-Since this is an overseas product, the stitching and metal processing may be sloppy.
・The needles of the earrings are made of a material that bends easily so that they do not break at the base when subjected to impact, such as during shipping from overseas. We check that the needles of the earrings are straight during inspection, but they may arrive bent due to impact during subsequent shipping. If this happens, we ask that you slowly apply force with your hands to straighten them out. If you do not like earring needles that bend easily, please refrain from purchasing.
・In order to keep shipping costs down and offer prices lower, we may send bags folded up. In most cases, you can use them without any problems if you let them reshape for 2-3 days, but please refrain from purchasing if this bothers you.
・If the product is damaged during delivery, we will exchange it for the same product, so please contact us by sending us a photo. (Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by the customer.)
・We cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges on sale items or lucky bags, so please be aware of this in advance.

・In order to promote paperless operations, we do not enclose invoices or receipts. If you would like a receipt, we can send it to you digitally by email. Please let us know by email or LINE and let us know your PC email address where you can receive attachments.
・Customers cannot choose the delivery method. Express delivery is only available for products that have [Express Delivery] written in the product title.
・We have inventory in both domestic and overseas warehouses and ship from them. Please note that the shipping time and packaging method may differ between domestic and overseas shipping products, but the products are the same.
・If you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately from multiple warehouses. We will make sure to deliver all items, so please check the tracking history and wait for each item to arrive.
Regarding accessories and small items
- Precious metals may cause itching or rashes depending on your constitution.
- If you notice any abnormalities on your skin, stop using the product immediately and consult a specialist.
- Please avoid wearing this product when doing housework, playing sports, sleeping, or caring for infants, as it may cause injury to your body.
Discoloration of accessories and how to care for them
Unfortunately, almost all metal jewelry will eventually tarnish.
However, with proper care you can keep it looking good for a long time.
In particular, if sweat, sebum, foundation or sunscreen are left on the product, it will often discolor.
For daily care , if sweat or other substances get on the product , it may be effective to wash it thoroughly with water and hand soap immediately after use, wipe off the moisture thoroughly with a towel , and dry it in a well-ventilated place. (This method does not apply to all accessories.)
Even if you don't wash it after every use, be sure to wipe off any makeup or skin dirt with a cloth after use, do not polish it, and store it in a place that avoids humidity.
In addition, discoloration may occur if the product is not used for a long period of time.
Other points to note
1) Our inventory is highly fluid, so there may be cases where an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered after you place an order. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will contact you by email.
2) We generally do not accept requests for color or size changes after an order has been completed. However, we may be able to accommodate requests before the order has been processed, so please contact us as soon as possible.
3) Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than shipping. Please feel free to use our services.
4) The color of the product may differ from the image due to the difference between indoors and outdoors and the degree of light source. Also, the color may differ depending on the characteristics of the monitor you are using to view the product screen, so please understand this before purchasing.
