Payment Method

We have five payment methods available. After you have entered the name and address of the recipient, please select your preferred method on the next "Payment screen."

1. Paidy next month payment (convenience store / bank)

  • This payment method can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number . No prior registration or credit card is required.
  • No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will pay once the following month . The amount you spend for that month will be finalized on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified by email and SMS.
  • The following payment methods are available:
    Direct debit (payment fee: free)
    Convenience store (payment fee: 356 yen including tax)
    Bank transfer (fees vary depending on financial institution)

Points to note when using Paidy

If you have any questions regarding usage or payments, please check the email or SMS sent to you by Paidy and then contact Paidy.

■When you use the service, Paidy will send you an SMS (short message) to authenticate you, so you will need an environment where you can receive SMS.

■Paidy does not set a usage limit (the usage limit will vary depending on your usage, etc.).

■Some devices and models are not supported.

About Paidy payments

■Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month, with final billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will be notified via email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.

■Payment methods are convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.

■The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May payments, the payment may be debited on the 20th*.

2. Mobile carrier payment: the following three companies

Customer payment fee: Free

  3. Softbank

This is a payment service that allows you to pay your monthly mobile phone bill together with your monthly bill.

    3. Credit cards and the following four companies

    Customer payment fee: Free

    1. VISA
    2. American Express
    3. MasterCard
    4. JCB

    4. Express checkout (may be temporarily unavailable)

    If you have one of the following two accounts , you can use Express Checkout. This is very convenient as you can simply quote the shipping address, credit card information, etc. registered in your account and make a payment, eliminating the need to enter them on our payment page.
