Product delivery time : For [Express Delivery Products], orders placed by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day by Yamato Transport's Nekoposu service, except on Sundays. [Pre-order products] will generally be delivered in 8 to 15 business days, but please note that there may be delays due to circumstances of the shipping company, natural disasters, unexpected events, etc.

Returns and cancellations : We will accept exchanges for defective products or products that were delivered incorrectly. We do not accept returns or refunds after an order has been completed. Please check carefully before placing your order. However, we will do our best to cancel orders as much as possible before they are processed, so please contact us if necessary. Return period : Please contact us with a photo showing the product defect within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please be sure to contact us by email and do not return the product using any method other than that specified by our shop staff. Please note that if you send the product using a method other than that specified by our shop staff, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Change of delivery address : As a rule, we cannot accept changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed, please be careful when placing your order. However, if you contact us before shipment, we will do our best to change the delivery address as much as possible, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-delivery due to an incorrect address: We cannot take responsibility for non-delivery due to an incorrect address or name entered by the customer when placing an order, so we cannot provide a full refund or re-delivery free of charge.

If the address is incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender (our overseas warehouse) immediately, so please check the tracking number to make sure it has not been returned. If the package is still in transit within Japan, you can request redelivery, but if the package has already left Japan, we cannot offer redelivery or refunds.

Non-delivery due to storage period exceeding: In the case of non-delivery due to refusal to receive, long-term absence, or moving, we cannot take responsibility and therefore cannot provide a full refund or re-delivery free of charge. Please be sure to use the non-delivery slip to arrange for redelivery yourself within the storage period.
